The camp takes children from six to twelve years old.
There are two days of skiing on the Montalbert and La Plagne area. Children are placed by level at the start, so beginners are welcome; the camp leaders work with them on the snowplough, on turns and on pole planting.
A professional musher takes the group through the snowy forest. The children also look after the dogs: grooming them, harnessing them and feeding them.
They sleep at the Chalet l'Alpestre in large rooms of three to six beds, with bathrooms close by. Full board is included; the meals are home-made by the centre's cook and served in the chalet's dining room.
Families can bring their child straight to the centre, or book accompanied travel from one of the departure cities. That travel is a paid extra and is listed under extras; a departure city runs only with a minimum of three participants.
