French classes in the morning focus on age-appropriate fun, overseen by teachers who have experience working with children. Rather than traditional lectures, lessons are delivered through interactive activities in the form of role-play, which motivates children to speak. Everyone wants to express themselves and defend their ideas, naturally losing their shyness and improving their spoken proficiency. The objective is to get children used to wanting to argue in French so that they can gain in confidence. On the first day, students take a placement test to ensure they are placed in the correct level, ranging from complete beginner to advanced. The standard course consists of 20 lessons of 45 minutes each, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:20 p.m., with a maximum of 10 students per class. Most learning is delivered through educational activities and workshops rather than traditional classroom instruction.
The course focuses on developing spoken French through interactive, age-appropriate activities and role-play designed to build confidence in young learners.
