This eight-day city discovery programme in Tokyo is run by Zigotours for teenagers aged 15 to 17. The group departs from Paris on scheduled flights with a stopover, stays in a youth hostel with a shared kitchen and common room, and gets around the capital using metro and train passes. The daily itinerary follows the operator's published schedule, including visits to Senso-ji temple in Asakusa, the manga and gaming hub of Akihabara, the youth-focused districts of Shibuya and Harajuku, the futuristic Odaiba bay island, Ueno Park and the Ameyoko market, a traditional onsen, and the panoramic viewing point in Shinjuku. Groups range from twelve to twenty-four participants, supervised by a director and qualified youth leaders with one adult for every eight young people. Breakfast is served at the hostel, lunches are picnic-style, and dinners are taken in snack bars or small local restaurants. The camp runs during the spring school holidays.

About the Course

Camp Experience
Group size ranges from twelve to twenty-four participants aged 15 to 17, supervised by a director and qualified youth leaders at a ratio of one adult for every eight young people. A first-aid kit is carried by a staff member acting as health assistant, and a doctor is consulted at the slightest sign of concern. The camp operates during the winter and spring holiday periods.
