In two places. In Strasbourg the group stays in bungalows of four to six beds on a campsite. At Europa Park it moves to the park's own hotel complex and sleeps in log cabins in a Far West style camp about 400 metres from the park entrance.
The stay is led by a qualified director and qualified activity leaders, at a ratio of one adult to every eight participants. The group runs with a minimum of twelve and a maximum of twenty-four participants.
Travel to Strasbourg is by train. On the spot the group uses public transport and a private coach. Pre-travel from regional cities can be arranged; that is quoted separately and is not part of the published stay price.
Yes, full board. Breakfast is taken where the group sleeps, a packed lunch is provided on both full days at Europa Park, and dinners are served at the Camp Resort restaurant.
A valid national identity card or passport, a signed parental authorisation for activities and image rights, a signed health record, a copy of the vaccination record, a copy of the European Health Insurance Card and a copy of the exit-from-territory authorisation; the originals of the last two are handed over on the day of departure. Parents should check that identity documents are not only valid but also physically undamaged, since a torn or water-marked document can be refused at the border.
