Families are welcome on campus on arrival day between 11am and 4pm, and the team is glad to show them around. On departure day the school suggests the slot between 8am and 12pm.
In three steps: check-in, where monitors hand over a welcome envelope with the room number, the building name, the key card and the contact details of the monitor and Head of Camp; a photograph for the school's records; and a visit to the Health Centre team if any medication needs to be handed in.
The phone policy allows devices twice a day: one hour in the morning at breakfast and one hour in the afternoon, around 5pm, when campers are back from activities. Families also receive a weekly newsletter with pictures from the week.
