About
About the Course
The camp runs as a fixed two-week leadership programme with two age bands: Juniors and Seniors. Mornings are given to leadership workshops led by certified coaches together with partner institutions — the International Olympic Committee, IMD Business School and EHL Hospitality Business School. Juniors work on team building, collaboration, conflict resolution and confidence; Seniors follow workshops built around leadership style and experiential learning with IMD Learning Managers. The working language is English, and campers of all levels of English are welcome, as language improves naturally across the camp day.
What’s Included
The camp is offered in two formats: a two-week residential place and a two-week day place. The residential option covers the leadership programme, accommodation on campus, meals, the daily activity and excursion programme and the evening entertainment. Day campers follow the same daytime programme and return home in the evening. Sessions are fixed two-week blocks with a Monday start rather than rolling weekly arrivals, so families choose a whole session rather than a number of weeks.
Accommodation
Residential campers stay on the Collège Champittet campus in Pully-Lausanne, the school's own boarding site above Lake Geneva, supervised by the camp counsellor team through the night. Detailed room configurations are not published by the provider; families who need a specific arrangement should confirm it with the camp before booking.
Meal Plan
Residential campers are on full board. The daily timetable includes breakfast before the morning leadership workshop, lunch in the middle of the day and dinner ahead of the evening programme, with gala dinners among the evening highlights. Dietary requirements should be raised with the camp team at the time of booking.
Activities & Excursions
Afternoons are built around outdoor sport and Alpine adventure: whitewater rafting, canyoning, a high ropes course, sailing on Lake Geneva and mountain excursions. Evenings bring campfire songs, talent shows and gala dinners. Two signature moments sit inside the programme — a morning at the International Olympic Committee headquarters in Lausanne, where campers meet Olympians and hear their stories, and a hands-on hospitality and etiquette workshop with EHL.
Facilities
The camp is based on the lakeside campus of Collège Champittet in Pully, a short distance from central Lausanne, with school sports facilities, dining hall and boarding accommodation on site. Rafting, canyoning, sailing and mountain activities take place at partner sites around Lake Geneva and in the surrounding Alps.
Camp Experience
The camp suits pre-teens and teenagers who want a Swiss summer that mixes personal development with real adventure. Groups are organised by age band so that Juniors and Seniors follow age-appropriate workshops, and the international intake means English is in constant use. Families comparing the two formats should note that the residential place is what carries the evening programme and the overnight community life of the camp.
