Ridgway Adventure

Ridgway Adventure is a small family-run adventure school on the shore of Loch a' Chadh-Fi in the north-west Highlands of Scotland, running residential summer camps for young people since 1969. Rebecca Ridgway and her husband Mark live and work on site and see every group daily. Participants stay in Norwegian-style wooden cabins yards from the seashore, eat home-cooked meals, and spend their days sea kayaking, rock climbing, hill walking, rafting, foraging and surviving overnight on an uninhabited island. One camp runs at a time, with a maximum of 36 young people, led by a small team of instructors qualified through Mountain Training UK and British Canoeing. The school is licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority for climbing, trekking and watersports.
