Young Film Academy’s all-inclusive residential summer camp for young filmmakers and screen actors aged 13–17, held at Culford School in Suffolk. Students eat, sleep and breathe movies for a week: making films, acting on camera and screening their work, with board, meals, tuition, equipment and activities all included. Open to every experience level, from complete beginners to aspiring professionals.

About
About the Course
Students spend the week making and starring in films: developing stories, shooting with professional equipment and learning screen acting technique with experienced tutors, working towards screenings of their finished work. The programme splits into age groups of 13–14 and 15–17.
What’s Included
The camp is all-inclusive: the £1,790 weekly fee covers board, meals, tuition, equipment and activities. A two-week option (£3,490) is offered when dates allow.
Accommodation
Students board at Culford School in Suffolk, one of the UK’s leading boarding schools, set in extensive parkland near Bury St Edmunds.
Meal Plan
All meals are included at the school throughout the camp.
Activities & Excursions
Alongside filmmaking, students enjoy evening and social activities including screenings of work produced during the week and a Saturday night talent show.
Facilities
The camp uses Culford School’s boarding facilities and grounds, with professional filmmaking equipment provided for every production team.
