More about this camp

The Stafford House London Bloomsbury Summer Camp runs at Guildhouse School in Bloomsbury, Zone 1 of central London. It accepts students aged 12 to 18. Programme and activities. The camp runs the London Explorer programme — English combined with a city-focused activity and excursion schedule. Being in Zone 1, London itself is directly available, with excursions short underground journeys rather than day-long trips. Accommodation. Students stay in en-suite accommodation in two locations, one described as Premier House. En-suite rooms in central London are a comfortable standard. Families should confirm which location their child will be in and what supervision applies. Ages, dates and duration. The camp accepts students aged 12 to 18. The upper limit reaches past school-leaving age, so families should ask how age groups are separated. A large number of arrival dates is listed from late June, giving strong flexibility. Location and travel. Bloomsbury is in central London, the university and museum quarter, with the whole underground network available. All London airports are reachable, with varying journey times. Transfer arrangements are not published. Who the programme may suit. This camp may suit teenagers who want a genuinely central London base with en-suite accommodation and a city-focused programme. Stafford House runs a second London camp at Uxbridge in West London, on a university campus, so families should compare the two on location and setting. Given the intake runs to 18, families of a younger teenager should confirm grouping and supervision.
