What’s Included

A two-week package covers tuition, campus accommodation, meals, six full-day excursions with entries to the Thames River Cruise and Windsor Castle, and a daily evening activity programme. Shorter stays of one week are sold at the published seven-night rate. Gold and Platinum programme upgrades are available as supplements, and airport transfers are quoted separately by the school.

Accommodation

Students live on the Southwood Site about five minutes' walk from the main teaching buildings, in flats named after the wives of Henry VIII - Aragon, Boleyn, Seymour, Cleves, Howard and Parr. Flats hold four to seven students and have Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen. There are 450 en-suite single rooms with a private shower room, and 100 standard single rooms where four to seven students share bathrooms. Towels are not provided. Bedding is changed weekly or before new arrivals, cleaning is done before arrival and weekly after, and there is 24-hour security with CCTV. A damage deposit of GBP 100 or EUR 120 applies, and a replacement set of keys costs GBP 80.

Meal Plan

Meals are included in the programme and served in the dining room in the campus dome. On full-day excursions students are given cash for lunch rather than a packed lunch. The flats have shared kitchens, though appliances and utensils are not supplied, and there is a convenience store and a coffee shop on site.

On campus there are indoor and outdoor sports, a sports hall, tennis courts and large green spaces used for touch rugby, football and rounders.

A compact campus with a sports hall, tennis courts and large green spaces, a common room, a social space inside the dome, a convenience store, a coffee shop and laundry services. Reception is staffed 24 hours, a safe box is available in the office and Wi-Fi reaches the accommodation. There is no swimming pool, no study room, no computer room and no games console room on site.
