A ski and snowboard trip to Saalbach Hinterglemm in Austria for young people aged 16 and over. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn links three ski areas and a glacier connection, and the lift pass is already part of the trip price. Guests stay at the Jugendgaestehaus Sonnegg, a few minutes on foot from the Schoenleitenbahn, with a heated ski room and a ruf equipment container directly at the slope. Days on the piste are guided by ruf snowguides; evenings bring apres-ski, piste rallies, quiz and games nights and a movie night.

About the Course
Guided skiing and snowboarding in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, one of the largest linked ski areas in Austria: around 270 kilometres of piste and 70 lifts, and with the Ski ALPIN CARD handed out on arrival more than 400 kilometres of piste across three regions, including Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. ruf snowguides lead piste sessions for every level. Guests with no previous experience take the compulsory three-day beginners ski course; an advanced two-day course is available for those who already have the basics.

The school offers a special discount - ask us for details. The trip price covers return coach travel, accommodation, full board, guided piste sessions with ruf snowguides and the lift pass. Ski and snowboard courses are booked separately.
Accommodation
Guests stay at the Jugendgaestehaus Sonnegg in four- to eight-bed rooms, each with its own shower and WC. Ski and snowboard equipment is stored in the heated ski room or in the ruf equipment container directly at the slope. The Schoenleitenbahn in Vorderglemm is a few minutes away on foot; the ski bus stop is about five minutes from the house and the lift about twelve.
Meal Plan
Full board. The day starts with a breakfast buffet, where guests also pack their own lunch box for the slope, and ends with a three-course dinner in the dining hall with table drinks included. The kitchen crew caters for vegetarians and for guests with allergies.
Activities & Excursions
Guided ski and snowboard tours with the ruf snowguides fill the days. Evenings bring apres-ski, piste rallies, table-football tournaments, quiz and games nights and a movie night. The highlight of the New Year tour is the ruf Winterparty, held together with all ruf guests in the resort.
Facilities
A heated ski room in the house and a ruf equipment container at the slope; a dining hall for breakfast and dinner. Rooms have their own shower and WC.
Camp Experience
A winter week for young people aged 16 and over who want to ski or snowboard in a large Austrian ski area and spend the evenings with a group of their own age. Saalbach Hinterglemm is snow-sure thanks to its altitude and glacier connection, and the ruf team runs both the piste programme and the evening programme.

No classroom lessons. Each day on the piste follows guided ski and snowboard sessions with the ruf snowguides; confident riders may ski on their own in groups of at least three after agreement with the team. Guests without experience must book a three-day beginner ski course, and a two-day advanced ski course can be added.

It sells and organises supervised trips for children and teenagers: language holidays, children's camps, summer trips, ski weeks in Austria and school-leavers' travel. ruf is the seller and the organiser — it takes the booking, publishes the prices and sends its own tour leaders and supervisors to every destination.
