About
About the Course
The programme offers three options to suit different needs and interests. The English + Sport option includes 15 hours of English tuition per week and 15 hours of specialist sport coaching per week. The Sport Only option with two sports provides 15 hours per week of one sport and 15 hours per week of another sport. The One Sport Only option, available for Football, Golf, and Tennis, includes 30 hours of intensive sport coaching per week. The English programme follows a project-based approach with two pathways: the English Foundation Pathway for levels A1 to C1 focuses on building functional English, practical grammar, and everyday communication through group projects and real-life language use. The Step-Up English Pathway for levels B2 to C2 develops skills for real-world academic, professional, and leadership settings through seminars, presentations, and debates. Lessons use authentic, up-to-date materials rather than textbooks. On arrival, students are placed into the appropriate pathway based on their level, maturity, and speaking confidence, and can move between pathways if ready. All courses are taught by qualified and experienced professionals.

The English + Tennis programme offers students the opportunity to combine structured English language learning with professional tennis coaching. The main goal is to improve both linguistic fluency and tennis skills while developing confidence, discipline, and a competitive mindset. The unique approach integrates classroom-based English lessons with on-court training led by experienced coaches, using a methodology that combines the four pillars of professional player development: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.
Students receive 15 hours of classroom-based English lessons per week, taught by qualified teachers. Students also receive 15 hours of tennis coaching per week, delivered by professional coaches who have achieved a high standard in the game. The training focuses on technique, tactics, physical conditioning, and mental attitude, with drills and exercises designed to improve stroke production, consistency, and match play. The programme emphasises coaching aimed at improving technique through better stance, increasing power in strokes, and enhancing shot selection, alongside boosting consistency. Players also focus on speed, fitness, hand-eye coordination, agility, key strokes, tactical incorporation of strokes, self-analysis, mental perseverance and goal setting. Players are assessed upon arrival and placed into groups according to their ability. All participants must have at least one year of tennis experience.
The course is focused on improving both English language fluency and tennis skills through structured classroom lessons and professional coaching.
