About

About the Course

A guided ski and snowboard trip for young people from sixteen. The operator’s snowguides put together a programme every day: guided runs across the pistes for those who can already ski, tournaments in the sports hall, campfire evenings and apres-ski. Ski and snowboard courses for beginners and for more advanced riders are booked separately, at the time of registration or up to six weeks before departure.

What’s Included

The school offers a special discount — ask us for details. The trip price covers coach travel both ways, accommodation at the Hanneshof, all-inclusive catering, the operator’s snowguides with piste guiding, and the lift pass for the Ski amade area. Equipment hire and ski or snowboard instruction are extra.

Accommodation

Twin and multi-bed rooms at the Hanneshof, each with shower and WC and some with a balcony. Multi-bed rooms are arranged separately for young women and young men; a twin room carries a supplement, which is listed under extras. The house is about six hundred metres from the lift, with a ski bus stopping at the door and a supermarket three minutes away.

Meal Plan

All-inclusive catering. A breakfast buffet at which guests make up their own packed lunch for the slopes, soft drinks free of charge in the afternoon and at mealtimes, and an evening buffet with a three-course menu and fresh salads. The kitchen cooks Austrian dishes and caters for vegetarians; a fully vegan board is not available at this house. Food intolerances are declared in advance through the operator’s booking area.

Activities & Excursions

Guided ski and snowboard tours with the operator’s snowguides, sports tournaments, campfire evenings and apres-ski. Off the slopes there is a sports hall with football, table tennis and an electronic ball wall, and the house has its own trampoline hall for practising tricks. The thermal baths in Altenmarkt are nearby for wellness and slides.

Facilities

The Hanneshof lies about six hundred metres from the lift, with a ski bus stop directly at the house, twelve minutes to the lift by bus and three minutes to the supermarket. Equipment is hired and stored four hundred and fifty metres away. On site: a trampoline hall of the house’s own, a sports hall with football, table tennis and an electronic ball wall.

Camp Experience

The group is made up of young people travelling with the operator’s snowguides, and the days run from the morning lift queue to the evening programme. Guests in the operator’s own survey singled out the programme for how easily you get to know people, and the feeling of being well looked after. Flachau sits inside Ski amade, one of the largest linked ski areas in Europe, so the piste choice changes every day.

More about this camp

The Hanneshof stands about six hundred metres from the lift in Flachau, in the Austrian province of Salzburg, and hosts guided ski trips for young people from the age of sixteen. The lift pass for Ski amade is part of the trip price, which matters here because Flachau is linked by lift into one of the largest ski areas in Europe, with hundreds of kilometres of piste and Austria’s largest snowpark within reach. The operator’s own snowguides lead guided runs for riders who can already ski and run the programme off the slopes: sports tournaments in the hall with football, table tennis and an electronic ball wall, the house’s own trampoline hall, campfire evenings and apres-ski a few steps away. Accommodation is in twin or multi-bed rooms with shower and WC, some with a balcony, and catering is all-inclusive: a breakfast buffet where guests make their own packed lunch, free soft drinks, and an evening buffet with a three-course menu and salads cooked in the Austrian style, with vegetarian options. Coach travel both ways is included. Ski and snowboard courses for beginners and advanced riders, and equipment hire, are booked separately.
