Embassy Summer Madrid: Spanish Immersion Camp at Colegio Mayor Marqués de la Ensenada

The language programme focuses on practical communication skills and is delivered by qualified, friendly teachers. It consists of 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week, taught in the mornings. Classes have approximately 17 students and are formed based on a placement test (covering grammar, writing, listening, and speaking) taken on the first day. The curriculum is communicative, ensuring students can apply what they learn in real-life situations both inside and outside the classroom.

The base price includes: Spanish language course (20 lessons/week), full-board accommodation (3 meals/day) at the residence, a comprehensive activity & excursion programme (both on-site and off-site, including half-day and full-day tours), 24/7 supervision, and an end-of-course certificate. Airport transfers are organized but their inclusion in the base price should be confirmed with the booking team. Optional extras may include specific optional activities or trips. A €30 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival. Travel and medical insurance are not included but can be purchased separately.

Students stay in the university residence \"Colegio Mayor Marqués de la Ensenada\". Accommodation is in twin rooms with private ensuite bathrooms (2 students per bathroom). Rooms are equipped with desks, chairs, wardrobes, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels.
