St Giles is British Council accredited with strict safeguarding: live-in staff, 24/7 supervision with regular roll calls, and a 24-hour parent phone line. Free time is only offered to students 13+ with parental consent, at set times in groups of 3. Under-13s travelling individually must use the Unaccompanied Minor service.

St Giles Juniors London is based at UCL's Ramsay Hall in Fitzrovia — Zone 1, in the middle of the capital, with the teaching rooms an easy walk from the residence. It suits more independent teenagers who want central London on their doorstep rather than a campus in the countryside. The course is twenty General English lessons a week — sixteen and a half hours — in classes of up to fifteen, with a placement test on the first morning, themed weekly projects and a free English Plus exam skills option. Arrivals and departures are Sunday to Sunday. Excursions run at least once as a full day and twice as half days every week: the London Eye, the Tower of London, a Thames river cruise, Shakespeare's Globe, Camden Market, Platform 9¾ and a day trip to Brighton. Afternoons and evenings have their own supervised programme. Students have single rooms with shared bathrooms, staff live in, and supervision is round the clock with regular roll calls. The residential price is all-inclusive — lessons, full board, accommodation, excursions, activities, travel and medical insurance — and a day-only option is available. Heathrow is forty minutes away, Gatwick an hour.
