Rooms are allocated by the camp team on the basis of gender, age and camper wellbeing. Requests to share with a friend are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.
The camp works to one monitor per ten campers on the main programmes, and one monitor per eight campers on the youngest day camps. Language classes are capped at twelve students, with a target ratio of one to ten wherever possible.
Transfers from Málaga airport or the train station are included on arrival and departure days within the transfer window published by the camp, which runs from late morning to early afternoon. Pick-ups and drop-offs outside that window are not covered by the fee.
The residential fee covers the scheduled activities, entertainment and excursions, accommodation and meals, supervision and instruction by monitors and teachers, laundry, use of the school facilities, accident and civil liability insurance, an end-of-camp report and certificate, and transfers from Málaga airport or train station on arrival and departure days within the published transfer window. Travel to and from the airport, medical expenses, travel insurance and some optional pathways are charged separately.
This listing covers ages 8 to 16 across Junior Camp, Master Camp, Music Camp and the elite tennis and golf pathways. The school also runs separate day camps for children aged 4 to 7, which are not part of this listing.
Camps are sold as two-week sessions. Residential sessions run from Sunday to Saturday, while the day programme runs Monday to Friday from mid-morning to early evening. Sessions run back to back across the summer holidays. Exact session dates should be confirmed with the provider at the time of booking.
