Enrichment Program, boarding
20 课程 · 12–15 岁 · B2–C2Every student takes a writing fundamentals course and a writing elective in the morning and two electives in the afternoon, in small classes taught by the school’s faculty. The Best Self curriculum — self-awareness, resilience and a student’s sense of who they are as a learner — is woven through all of it, and students who have already completed the first part of it can continue into the Common Good Leadership elective, which builds leadership skills and puts them to work on service projects in the surrounding town.
Four courses a day, with a community meeting or advisory between the two morning classes. Writing Course I begins the morning, Writing Course II follows the meeting, and the two afternoon electives run after lunch. Recreation and afternoon activities start in the late afternoon, dinner follows, and the evening ends with dorm check-in and dorm activities. The school does not publish a lesson count per week.
