Camp Cooper Crieff：苏格兰乡村住宿夏令营

The Teen Leadership Programme (Leaders‑in‑Training) is designed for young people aged 15‑17 who are ready to take on new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities. The main goal is to develop strong leadership skills and life skills such as communication, problem‑solving, and cooperation – all while having fun at Camp. The unique feature is the hands‑on learning environment where participants spend mornings on an elective activity of their choice, afternoons on the Team Challenge, and evenings participating in all‑camp special events.

Mornings are spent on one elective activity per week, chosen from a broad range of options. Afternoons are dedicated to the Team Challenge, where teenagers are placed into small teams (approximately 6‑10) and work together on a variety of hands‑on challenges designed to develop leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, media skills, and problem‑solving – including running real camp events. All activities are facilitated by staff, allowing teens to practise leadership daily. Evenings are spent immersed in Camp Cooper’s special events, such as carnivals, games, talent shows, and campfires. Participants receive feedback, evaluations, and a reference from the LIT Director. The programme is available for 2, 4, or 6 weeks.

The programme focuses on developing leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and problem‑solving skills through hands‑on challenges and real responsibilities.
