Windermere School

Windermere School is an independent boarding and day school in the English Lake District, a Round Square school with its own watersports centre on Lake Windermere. Its International Summer School offers courses for both native English speakers and English language learners, integrating art, pottery, drama, sport, sailing, social events and excursions with adventure activities including climbing, caving and ghyll scrambling. Residential students stay in the school’s boarding houses. The school also runs summer holiday clubs including RYA sailing courses (ages 8–17), junior adventure (8–15), activity camp (9–15) and fun camp (5–8).
