Embassy Camp Malaysia, known as Travel & English, is a residential winter programme run by Embassy Camps, an international operator with programmes across several countries. At the core are 20 hours of English each week, four hours a day, taught by native-speaking teachers from the UK and the USA in a multicultural environment. In Kuala Lumpur students explore the futuristic capital on a sightseeing tour, visit a river of fireflies in the evening jungle, meet the silver monkeys and take part in daily team building and logic challenges. On Langkawi the focus shifts to nature and adventure: a cruise through the mangrove jungle and a fish farm, a batik painting workshop, beach holidays and sports on the Andaman Sea, and a cable car ride to the island's observation deck, with time to discover the legends of the island. Students stay in four-star hotels in both Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi, in double rooms with separate beds and full amenities, giving them comfortable and secure bases between activities. Three balanced buffet meals a day are provided throughout. Safety and comfort are carefully managed: students are supported around the clock by professional counsellors, and transfers and excursions are organised to meet safety standards. A structured daily schedule balances lessons, excursions, workshops, sport and evening events.
