The BOSS summer course gives students aged 8–17 a total of 20 hours of tuition per week: 15 hours of English and 5 hours of leadership training. Every student prepares for the Trinity College London GESE spoken English exam and the Leadership Skills Foundation Young Leader Award, both included in the fee. Maximum class size is 16.

One weekly price of £1,350 covers tuition, exams and awards, full-board accommodation, two full-day and two half-day excursions per week with all entrance fees, the daily activity programme, weekly laundry and the BOSS welcome pack (t-shirt, diary, bucket hat and wristband). Minimum stay 2 weeks.

Comfortable boarding houses on the Buckswood School campus with 24/7 supervision and houseparents. Boys and girls stay in separate blocks; most rooms have 2 beds, with some singles and larger rooms for younger children. Roommates are matched by age and mixed by nationality.
