Winter activity equipment is included, including skis or snowboards, boots, poles and helmets.
The camp director proposes room allocations by age and gender on arrival. Bedrooms are not mixed, and a request to share with friends can be noted during registration.

Parents can contact the centre for news from the director, and camp updates are shared through the stay blog. Mobile phones are held by the director and are not allowed in bedrooms.
Each centre has a health assistant who contacts a doctor when needed and informs parents. The team also oversees any treatment during the stay.
