Attività ed escursioni

Our activity programme is designed to balance academic enrichment with fun, cultural immersion, and community building. Evenings are packed with social events like karaoke, talent shows, fashion workshops, and welcome activities. The grand finale is a formal graduation ceremony and dinner in a historic Oxford hall, followed by a celebration party. The aim is to entertain, foster cultural exchange, develop soft skills, and help students form lifelong international friendships in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Strutture

On campus, students have access to historic teaching rooms, lecture theatres, libraries, common rooms, and iconic quads and courtyards. Sports facilities vary by college but typically include playing fields and spaces for various activities. Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout. The campus is secure with controlled access and 24/7 pastoral support. While our Oxford campuses do not have private swimming pools or large modern sports complexes, we leverage the entire city as our extended campus. Students explore Oxford’s iconic landmarks, colleges, libraries, markets, and scenic riverside paths, integrating the city's unparalleled academic and historical resources directly into the learning and social experience.

Scopri di più su questo camp

This summer school is run by Oxford Royale in the University of Oxford, placing teenagers aged 12 to 18 in historic colleges. The premise is to spend the summer inside the university rather than in a conventional camp. Programme and activities. The programme is academic and experience-led — students study a chosen subject and live within Oxford's colleges, a pre-university-style experience rather than a general English or activity camp. Families should read what subjects and content are offered. Accommodation. Students experience authentic university living in secure, historic Oxford University college accommodation. Living in the colleges is central to the experience. Families should confirm room arrangements and what supervision applies, and — given the wide age range — how the youngest are looked after. Ages, dates and duration. The programme accepts students aged 12 to 18. The upper limit reaches past school-leaving age, so families should ask how age groups are separated. An exceptionally large number of arrival dates is listed from early July — one of the widest calendars in this catalogue. Location and travel. Oxford is around an hour from London and Heathrow by coach. Transfer arrangements are not published. Who the programme may suit. This camp may suit teenagers drawn to studying and living within the University of Oxford — a pre-university taste rather than a language course. The very wide calendar adds flexibility. The same operator runs equivalent programmes at Cambridge, Yale and other prestigious venues, so families can compare. Given the intake runs to 18, families of a younger teenager should confirm grouping and supervision.
