The programme offers 15 hours of English lessons per week, delivered in classes with an average size of 15 students to ensure individual attention and active participation. Teaching follows a communicative and interactive methodology that focuses on collaboration through creative projects and review sessions, using English in real-world contexts. Lessons build all core language skills – speaking, listening, reading, and writing – with a strong emphasis on communication, fluency, and confidence. Students are placed into classes according to their English level, which ranges from Elementary to Proficiency, and the programme can be adjusted to accommodate lower levels if needed.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and laundry is available for stays longer than one week. Full board is provided, with breakfast and dinner served by the host family every day. Students receive meal cards for lunch, which are included in the all-inclusive programme. A mixture of packed meals and meal cards are provided on excursions, ensuring students are well-nourished during full-day trips. The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival, and the last meal is a packed lunch on the day of departure. Special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian or other preferences, can be accommodated upon request, subject to prior notification during the booking process.

Students participate in on-site activities and excursions to explore the city's most popular attractions. Half-day excursions include visits to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat, the National Museum of Scotland, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Full-day excursions explore the historic city of Edinburgh and beyond. Evening social events such as disco nights provide opportunities for students to mix and make new friends. The programme also includes a wide selection of activities in the student-friendly city of Edinburgh, allowing students to immerse themselves in Scottish tradition and lifestyles.

Edinburgh has regular and modern bus services throughout the city, and students will easily be able to use this system to come to school and on excursions around Edinburgh. Trains from Edinburgh stations are used for full-day excursions out of the city. All public transport tickets are provided for all journeys.
