Mehr über dieses Camp

These German courses are held in Reimlingen, a small village four kilometres south of the medieval town of Nördlingen in Bavaria, in a landscape shaped by an ancient meteorite impact. The programme is specifically for younger children, aged 9 to 13. Programme and activities. The camp offers German-language courses pitched at juniors, from basic levels upward. The village setting is quiet and contained, suited to a younger child, with the historic town of Nördlingen close by. Accommodation. Students stay in comfortable residence rooms with two to four students per room, each with a private bathroom. Small rooms with private bathrooms are a reassuring arrangement for a younger child, and keep the group on one site. Ages, dates and duration. The camp accepts children aged 9 to 13 — a genuinely junior band, so a young child is not sharing with older teenagers. Five arrival dates run through July. Location and travel. Reimlingen is in Bavaria, in southern Germany, near Nördlingen. Munich and Nuremberg are the nearest major airports. Transfer arrangements are not published. Who the programme may suit. This camp may suit families wanting German immersion for a younger child specifically, in a calm village setting with small rooms and private bathrooms. The narrow 9-to-13 band means the child is among peers of a similar age. Families with a teenager should look at the provider's other German locations, including the junior-and-teen course at Bad Schussenried or the city-based teenage courses.
