The U10 autumn camp in Saas-Fee gives advanced young racers a supportive route into focused pre-season skiing on the glacier. The high-altitude mountain setting offers a stimulating place to learn, while the pedestrian village and small training groups help create an environment where coaches can keep close contact with participants. The programme is for young skiers who can manage the required terrain independently and are ready for an appropriate sporting challenge. Training is carefully adapted to the needs of the youngest racers. Coaches build basic technical ability, movement awareness, confidence, and healthy race habits through engaging ski sessions and individual feedback. Age-appropriate fitness, activation, and recovery activities are designed to be creative, enjoyable, and safe. The camp also uses group activities to support friendship, teamwork, and maturity. Ski Zenit’s approach keeps athlete wellbeing central while helping children make meaningful progress in a structured racing environment.

About the Course
Young racers work on fundamental technical skills, movement quality, race awareness, confidence, and age-appropriate physical development. Coaching is highly supervised and adapted to each child’s needs.
What’s Included
Small-group ski coaching, individual feedback, fitness, activation, recovery, and complementary youth activities are included in the training experience. Accommodation support may be available separately.
Accommodation
Athlete’s Hotel with constant supervision not available for U10 athletes. Other accommodation should be enquired.
Meal Plan
Meals through athlete accommodation are designed to support young athletes’ energy and recovery needs. Food intolerances and dietary preferences should be communicated ahead of time.

A closely supervised Saas-Fee ski racing camp for strong, motivated young skiers. The program uses small groups and age-appropriate coaching to develop basic technique, race skills, confidence, and independence in a safe glacier environment. Training includes playful drills, free skiing, ski tuning, video analysis, fitness, recovery activities, and structured support that matches the physical and developmental needs of young athletes.
Coaches use short, positive, and progressive ski sessions to develop sound technique, balance, coordination, and confidence. Terrain, intensity, rest periods, and coaching language are adapted for young racers. Close supervision supports safe lift use, equipment handling, and individual feedback while helping athletes build independence and enjoyment on snow. Off-snow activities complement skiing with simple fitness, mobility, activation, recovery, and balance exercises. Ski tuning introduces basic equipment care, while age-appropriate video analysis uses clear visual feedback to reinforce learning. The overall approach combines technical development with games, encouragement, teamwork, and a carefully managed training environment.
The course focuses on safe, age-appropriate development of foundational ski-racing skills and confidence for young athletes.
