The language programme is communicative and student-centered. With 20 lessons per week (each 45 minutes), classes are kept small, averaging around 17 students, to ensure personalised attention. The curriculum emphasises practical communication skills, and students are placed into appropriate levels based on a placement test. Lessons are interactive, using modern teaching methods and materials, and are designed to build fluency and confidence for real-world use.

The base package includes 20 English lessons per week, full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in a twin en-suite room, a full programme of scheduled on-site activities and included excursions (e.g., Burj Khalifa, desert safari, Abu Dhabi trip), airport transfers on scheduled days, and 24/7 supervision. Optional excursions (e.g., Ferrari World, Museum of the Future, Snow Park) are available for an extra fee. A refundable damage deposit of $40 is required upon arrival. Students stay in "The Myriad" residence in Academic City, featuring modern twin en-suite rooms (singles for group leaders). Rooms include a desk, chair, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi.
