The Putney School Summer Arts

The Putney School Summer Arts is the summer programme of The Putney School, a progressive independent school on a working farm in southern Vermont. The programme brings teenage artists to the rural campus for immersive studio work in visual art, music, theatre, dance, writing and design, taught in small workshops by practising artists. Students live in dormitories on campus, eat in the central dining hall and take part in afternoon activities, evening arts events and shared community responsibilities alongside their studio practice.
