KPS Summer School London

The KPS Summer School runs at Kensington Park School's Senior School on Bark Place in Bayswater, a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The programme lasts two weeks and is designed for students aged 14 to 17 who want a taste of serious academic study in Central London; the final block of summer 2026 runs from 2 to 15 August. Each student chooses one of six pathways and follows it for the full programme: Art & Design, Business & Entrepreneurship, Drama & Theatre Studies, Engineering & Computing, Law, Politics & International Relations, or Medicine. Teaching combines workshops, seminars and project work, and the school asks for at least intermediate English, equivalent to IELTS 4.5, so that students can take a full part in discussion-based classes. Study is balanced with time in the city. Weekday excursions to London landmarks, museums and cultural sites are part of the programme, and the fortnight closes with a farewell party. Two formats are available. The residential option costs £3,940 for two weeks: students stay in the school's supervised boarding accommodation, receive full board and travel to the Bayswater campus with chaperones. The non-residential day option costs £1,550 and includes lunch on teaching days, insurance and the weekday excursion programme, suiting families who are already in London in August.
